The situation
Alionz Travel plans trips from Jamaica to the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Mexico and beyond. Behind every trip sat a stack of admin: working out whether a traveller needed a visa, collecting passport and employment details for applications, then typing up invoices and confirmation letters by hand. Enquiries arrived by phone and message with half the details missing.
What we built
We built the public website and the back office as one system, so what a traveller enters once is what the team works from.
- A visa requirements checker: pick your nationality and destination and see what you need before you call
- A step-by-step visa application that collects personal, passport, travel, family and employment details in the right order
- Custom trip and booking requests that capture dates, destinations and budget up front
- A staff area with every booking and visa application in one list, each with its full history
- Invoices and travel confirmation letters produced as branded PDFs from the booking itself
- Staff sign-in protected against forged requests, with email notifications for new requests
The result
Travellers find out what paperwork they need on their own, and the team starts from a complete request instead of a phone call. Invoices and confirmation letters that used to be typed up are produced straight from the booking.
