Privacy notice

This notice explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This website is run by Luminarion Labs, 3 Burnside Valley Road, Kingston 19, Jamaica. For anything about your information, email info@luminarionlabs.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we store your name, email address, company (if you give one), the subject you choose and your message, together with the country your connection comes from. We also keep a one-way scrambled copy of your IP address for a short time, only to stop the form being flooded with spam. We use this to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation you started.

When you book a call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar, which collects the details you enter there under Google's own privacy policy. We receive them as a calendar invitation.

When you visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you.

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being filled in by a person. Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not sell or share your information for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is kept and for how long

The website and its database run on Cloudflare. Email is handled by Zoho Mail. Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@luminarionlabs.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live: in Jamaica, the Office of the Information Commissioner; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
