These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement for each project.

This website is run by Luminarion Labs, 3 Burnside Valley Road, Kingston 19, Jamaica. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. Please do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, send us messages that are unlawful or abusive, or use automated tools to copy large parts of it.

Our content

The text, design, logos and code of this site belong to Luminarion Labs, and the client names, logos and screenshots shown belong to their owners and appear with their permission. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Anything else needs our written permission.

Information on the site

We describe our services, products and past work as accurately as we can, but the site is general information and not an offer or a quote. Prices, timings and the scope of any work are only agreed in writing for a specific project. Products marked "coming soon" or "in development" may change or may not be released.

Links to other sites

We link to client websites and services such as Google Calendar. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information; their own terms and privacy notices apply.

Liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
